Our next Go-Ride coaching session is here at Lotts Wood near Amersham on . This session will focus on the basic racing techniques in preparation for the annual Summit Autumn Classic races the following .If you would like to come along for the race preparation coaching or the race day, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.orgIn the past few months we have seen a huge increase in interest in our coaching programme. This is brilliant, but it means we have to be more rigorous on a few rules. So, if you want your kids to take part in this and future sessions, please take note:
- riders who have not provided us with a completed consent form will not be permitted to take part. A separate form is required for the Summit Autumn Classic. Please email email@example.com if you required a copy.
- we have limited places (strictly 8 riders per coach) so make sure register as soon as you receive the update. You can only register for one session at a time
- riders who arrive after the bike check has commenced will not be permitted to take part. Further, parents must remain during the bike check. If your child's bike fails to pass the check they will not be permitted to take part.Please bring a drink and snack, helmet and gloves, a spare inner tube for the bike and check riders have no loose clothing or shoe laces that could be caught on the bike. Riders need a mountain bike or a hybrid fitted with gears, front and rear brakes and treaded tyres.The cost of the practice session is £3 for Summit members and £5 for non-members.There is a car park in Weedon Hill Woods (opposite Lotts Wood) which will be open. Do not leave your car parked here after the session, as we lock the gate at and, if you are dropping off riders do not obstruct the gate.Hope to see you on the day.Summit Go-Ride Coaching Team
